At fitlifecoaching, our mission is to help you achieve your fitness goals, no matter what stage or age of life. We are experienced and dedicated to wellness and healthy movement, paired with nutrition coaching and regenerative techniques. We specialize in creating personalized workout plans and providing nutritional guidance to help you transform your body and live a healthier lifestyle.

We believe that a strong and fit body should be achievable by anyone, regardless of their age, gender, or fitness level. Our programs are client centered, evidence based with the appropriate regressions and safe steps to painless movement and increased strength. One trainer, 3 to 8 clients. Get fit with friends or meet new people. Build and maintain your athletic level with the attention of a trainer and have fun while doing it. This option is right for you if you have a good skill set but need structure in your workout routine, this workouts can vary between HIIT workouts and strength workouts, or a mix of both.

Remote training, common referred as virtual training, became essential during the 2020 Covid outbreak, we helped our clients stay on track and sometimes start their journey to better health. Now it has become a common practice, and a lot of coaching happens online. Whether you travel for work, don’t live near us, or don’t enjoy the gym setting, this option could be the answer for you. The results achieved during this type of training are definitely compara to the in person training, with some benefits, like no gym membership fee, no parking, no driving, no peer pressure, just you and your coach in the comfort of your home or hotel gym if you are traveling for leisure  or work.

Table stretching, is now becoming popular. We have over five  years of experience in PNF, which can help improve and increase range of motion over time. It also can help muscular strength and muscle mind connection. If you have never tried it we strongly recommended adding this practice to you fitness program, or also a as a good starting point to help relax the body and Central nervous system.

I was looking for a personalized strength training along with nutritional guidance, without the high gym fees. My coach started coming to our house to train my wife and me. I found my coach a year ago, I walked past her in a gym and was immediately impressed by her form, knowledge, and clear dedication to training. I knew I did not want to workout with anyone else and waited for her schedule to open. 

The very first time we met she knew immediately by the way I stood and by my posture that I had foot surgery and which foot I had it on.
